The Penstemon ‘Red Rock’, Penstemon x mexicale, has constant small, bright, rich, magenta flowers that bloom all summer long with narrow, lance-shaped evergreen foliage. ‘Red Rock’ has a plant height of 15” and a spread of 12”.
